Paul is a certified associate in project management and a Masters holder in Strategic Management. He currently works within the surveillance and security industry within the core function of project compliance using well documented processes and audits at each project phase and assisting the entire project team align to correct operating procedure right from project kick-off through to project closure.

Having collaborated with a number of learning institutions, Paul also shares an immense passion towards learning and development within the corporate domain using his facilitation skill set to structure and deliver high level and high impact training programs. Paul has had the benefit of co-facilitating the project management program as training consultant with Strathmore University under the Strathmore Research and Consultancy Centre.

Paul, who gained his project management exposure working as a consultant within the ICT and construction industry assisting clients to structure viable work plans using his technical expertise in project scheduling, endeavors to build capacity within organizational PMOs and champion best practice in project management.
